A Taste of a Great Story
Hacienda San José is the largest cocoa farm in Venezuela, located in the Paria peninsula to the north-east of the country. It has been owned by The FRANCESCHI family since 1830, and it is dedicated to the production, process and sale of the highest quality cacao beans and cocoa derivative products. In this project you will walk through the most spectacular faces of the cacao processing, such us: Harvesting, Depulping, Fermentation, Drying, Selection and Storage
